Catching Up: Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, and Running.

on

Hello hello everyone, I hope you’re all having a wonderful Tuesday. My day has been a little off so far being that I completely slept through my first few skating lessons this morning…. I’m back with another recap for y’all!! I hope that y’all had a wonderful couple of months! I am sorry for being MIA yet again, but I have so many fun things to share with you now. 😊 Jordan & I got to spend this past Valentine’s Day with our sweet Mila, which we were both so excited about. Jordan took Mila & I to a very nice dinner at the Cheesecake Factory (Mila’s favorite ❤️). We split the chicken Parmesan and a chocolate mouse cheesecake which was delicious! Jordan gave Mila and I a gift certificate to my favorite nail salon to have a girl’s day together & we were both sooo excited!! Friday night, We grabbed Torchy’s Tacos to-go for dinner. I ordered two of their breakfast tacos, 1 bacon, egg, and cheese & 1 potato, egg, and cheese with their amazing poblano sauce. Saturday morning (February 17th), I was up at 3:30am to coach a test session for 4 of my students. It was pretty successful morning and I was so proud of them all! The following Sunday, Mila and I took advantage of our gift certificate to the nail salon. We had so much fun together and our nails looked awesome by the time we were finished.

P.S. isn’t Mila’s “Harry Potter” dress so stinking cute? Target has the cutest “Harry Potter” clothing for kids! Monday was President’s Day, so we took Mila to the park for some fun! We fished, she rode her bike for the first time, and we had to jump on the swing set of course! I also went for a quick jog around the pound.Later that evening, we had some of our friends over for burgers, hot dogs, wine, and cards against humanity. It was a great way to end an awesome weekend. I started running again later that week and I have so many fun things to share about my running goals with you all. My max speed was a little off and this 2 miles was a mixture of running & walking, but it was a great start and got me pumped for what was to come!

I hope you all have a fabulous Tuesday! I will hopefully be getting my day back on track and be back with another recap very soon!

XOXO, Paige.
