Hey y’all, I’m here to share a recipe that I’ve talked about a few times in my recent recaps, Jordan’s Stuffed Bell Peppers. I have never been a fan of bell peppers other than to use for seasoning fajita meat, but my appetite has expanded as I’ve gotten older and when Jordan told me that he wanted to try and make some stuffed bell peppers, I couldn’t wait to try them.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how Jordan makes these delicious peppers:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
-
Cook 1 pound of ground beef on medium heat, seasoned w/Rufus Teague’s Meat Rub.
-
Hollow out 2 red bell peppers.
-
Sprinkle some of the Rufus Teague’s Meat Rub inside the pepper.
-
Paste 1-2 ounces of cream cheese around the interior walls of each pepper.
6. Fill the rest of the bell pepper with the seasoned ground beef. You can always add some more cream cheese or sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of the meat.
-
Place the stuffed peppers on a pan and then into the oven for 20-30 minutes or until the top of the ground beef starts to crisp.
-
Stir the filling and enjoy the delicious stuffed bell peppers. ๐ถ
I hope that you all enjoy this recipe as much as I do and let me know if you have any questions about it. Also, please share your pictures of your stuffed pepper if you decide to give them a try. ๐
XOXO, Paige.
