Day 3 of My 10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse!

I am so happy today for some reason. I strive to stay positive and optimistic everyday and I feel like it’s really paying off! I haven’t noticed myself stressing out at all during the last 2 weeks, which is big for me and I’m really happy about it! 

 So it’s day 3, which means I only have 7 more days to go. I’m still finding the cleanse pretty easy, even though I do catch myself craving a slice of peanut butter toast every once and a while. So far I’ve noticed that I don’t feel nearly as bloated as I did before, I also keep falling asleep and waking up earlier than I usually do, but I was tired throughout the first 2 days and had to take naps. Today I made some hard boiled eggs to snack on and give me energy, since I’m allowed to eat hard boiled eggs I might as well take advantage of it.

 Today’s smoothie was called the “Berry Apple Smoothie” and it tasted very good!! This smoothie consisted of, water, spinach, blueberries, apples, bananas, ground flaxseed, and stevia.

I had enough energy today to skate this morning, attend 5 hours of classes, and studied without any naps or caffeine (I skipped the green tea today). I still can’t believe I’ve gone 3 full days without whole foods or coffee. 

 I hope you are all staying positive and optimistic everyday! I know it’s hard to stay positive, but if you are able to accomplish that then your life becomes so much brighter and you become so much happier. ☀️
