Healthy Pumpkin Spice Muffins

I love baking muffins because they last for about a week and I’m able to just heat them up for a quick breakfast.

I baked these muffins on Tuesday night and have eaten them for breakfast the last few days. I had to share my recipe with y’all because these muffins are so yummy and have the best texture. 

 
These pumpkin spice muffins are delicious and healthy! I love eating pumpkin muffins and these bad boys only have 136 calories in each muffin!Here is the recipe:
•1 3/4 cups of whole wheat pastry flour
•1 teaspoon baking powder
•1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•1/4 teaspoon salt
•3/4 cup canned pumpkin
•2/3 cup reduced-fat buttermilk
•1/2 cup honey
•2 egg whites
•2 tablespoons canola oil
•sprinkle as much pumpkin pie spice as you want
