Thanksgiving & Christmas PJ Movie Day!

This Thanksgiving was definitely my favorite so far. As I’ve gotten older I notice that I appreciate things a lot more. I appreciate the extra time I’m able to spend with my family and the time I get to spend with my friends when they make it back home for the holidays (I’m going to be traveling back home for the holidays next year..scary thought). This year we had a lot more family come down than we usually do! We had about 20 people in our house all gobbling down yummy thanksgiving food together, drinking wine, and having the best conversations.

After we finished eating we all just relaxed together and as it got a little later some of the family members slowly started to get sleepy and left us. So us kids decided to invite over a few friends to play kings cup.

We all ended up staying awake until about 5am, but the holidays are always the best time to catch up with old friends. 🙂

The next day the whole family met up again for our annual “Christmas PJ Movie Day.” Every year we get together wearing matching pj’s and go see whichever new Christmas movie is out. This was our seventh year to do this and we saw “Love, the Coopers,” which is my new favorite Christmas movie!
